4. Product Inspection, Return & Replacement
- Customers can inspect the product in front of the delivery representative before accepting the delivery.
- If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the ordered item, it can be returned immediately.
- If the delivery charge was paid in advance, the customer may choose either:
- A full refund of the advance delivery charge (where applicable), or
- A replacement product.
- If a replacement is requested, we will send a new product as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
- Once the product has been accepted without reporting any issue at the time of delivery, return or replacement may not be applicable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
